We charge per simulator per day. Standard starts at CZK 9,900 and Premium at CZK 14,900. Premium bookings above 4 units receive a 5% discount. Standard has no volume discount. The final price depends on the date, venue and scope.
The crew is included as standard. Transport and assembly within 50 km of Prague are free. Longer distances carry a surcharge based on mileage.
We confirm the date after payment of a deposit, starting at CZK 5,000 per simulator, and manual approval. Until then, the date is held provisionally.
You can cancel or move the date no later than 7 days in advance. The deposit is non-refundable, but you receive a 50% discount on another date.
Ideally 7 to 14 days in advance, with a minimum of 3 days. For larger events, contact us as early as possible because simulator capacity is limited.
Power and enough space for the simulators are sufficient. Assembly and testing take 1 to 2 hours, depending on the number of simulators.
We can bring up to 12 racing simulators to one event. The exact number depends on the date, venue and programme format.
No. VIP guests, a show car, children's zone, Segways, creators, coaching, a commentator and streaming are priced separately based on availability, date and programme scope.
