2. Enquiry and contract
Submitting the website form creates a non-binding enquiry. It does not reserve a date or create a contract.
A contract is formed when the customer demonstrably accepts a specific written quotation or order, for example by email or signature, and fulfils any agreed deposit requirement. A confirmed quotation takes priority over these terms where it expressly provides a different arrangement.
3. Scope and customer cooperation
The confirmed quotation defines the simulators, transport, assembly, crew, race format, result services, branding and other equipment included in the order.
The customer must provide accurate venue information, timely access, suitable and safe space, adequate power and, where required, internet access and venue permissions. A later change to the scope may affect the price and timetable.
4. Price and payment
Website prices are indicative starting prices. The quotation states the final price, applicable VAT, deposit, due dates and payment method. Consumers receive the total price including applicable taxes and known charges before the contract is formed.
Where required, the usual starting deposit is CZK 5,000 per simulator. The exact amount always follows the quotation. Additional work outside the confirmed scope must be agreed in advance unless immediately required to prevent damage or a safety risk.
5. Date, transport and delivery
The date becomes binding once the contract is formed and any deposit condition is met. Transport and assembly within 50 km of Prague are included only when stated in the quotation. Other transport, parking, tolls, unusual waiting time or difficult access are charged only if agreed.
Digital Racing may reasonably adapt, suspend or refuse delivery if the customer does not provide the agreed cooperation or the venue is technically unsafe.
6. Changes, cancellation and force majeure
Requests must be sent to info@digitalracing.cz. To preserve the possibility of arranging an alternative date, the request must arrive at least 7 calendar days before the event. Any change remains subject to availability.
A deposit is non-refundable when the customer cancels unless the quotation states otherwise. Any credit or discount for a replacement date applies only if stated in the quotation or confirmed in writing. For a cancellation less than 7 days before the event, the agreed cancellation charge applies. If no charge was agreed, Digital Racing may recover documented and reasonably incurred costs up to the contract price.
If an extraordinary and unavoidable event outside a party's control prevents delivery, that party must notify the other without undue delay. The parties will first seek a replacement date or reasonable change of scope.
7. Safety and liability
Participants must follow crew instructions. The crew may stop or refuse a drive where a participant is intoxicated, ignores instructions or creates a risk to people, equipment or the event. Children and other participants requiring supervision may use a simulator only with appropriate adult supervision and crew approval.
Liability follows Czech law and the confirmed contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or any mandatory consumer right.
8. Defects and complaints
Defects should be reported without undue delay, preferably during the event, or by email to info@digitalracing.cz. The complaint should identify the order, defect and requested remedy.
A consumer complaint will be resolved and the consumer informed within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed.
9. Consumer information
For a leisure service supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, Czech law does not provide the usual 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. This typically applies to a confirmed event service booked for a specific date. Where the exception does not apply, the consumer may send an unambiguous withdrawal notice by email within the statutory period.
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is the competent body for alternative dispute resolution: Central Inspectorate, ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr@coi.gov.cz, coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.
10. Final provisions
The agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes by agreement. Amendments apply to contracts entered into after their effective date unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Effective from 29 July 2026. Version 1.0.
